People drive from across the Colorado River valley just to get a seat at Lodge #1929's Mexican dinner night. Reservations fill fast, and regulars will tell you the tacos alone are worth the trip. That kind of word-of-mouth doesn't come from a marketing budget. It comes from decades of members who actually care about what lands on your plate and in your glass.

At 716 S. Laguna Ave, the lodge is more than a dining room. It's where veterans are recognized by name, where fundraisers actually move the needle for local causes, and where a bartender named Tiffany can handle a packed house without breaking a sweat. The membership here has built something rare: a place where strangers become regulars on their first visit.

Founded under the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks charter, Lodge #1929 carries that mission forward every week in Parker. With a 4.7-star rating across 74 reviews, the numbers back up what members already know. This lodge shows up for its community in ways that are hard to quantify and impossible to fake.

What We Offer

The lodge hosts its celebrated Mexican dinner nights on a reservation-only basis, drawing guests from Parker and well beyond the Arizona state line. The kitchen turns out tacos and traditional plates that regulars describe as the best they've had anywhere in the region. Arrive early, because tables go fast.

Beyond the dining room, Lodge #1929 offers a full bar, event space for private gatherings, and an active calendar of member-led programs. The lodge places particular emphasis on veteran support, coordinating volunteer hours and resources for those who've served. Youth initiatives, charitable giving, and civic events round out a schedule that keeps the doors open and the community engaged.

Membership in the Elks opens access to the lodge's facilities, discounts, and a national network of over 800,000 members across the country. Whether you're a longtime Elk or someone who just stumbled in after hearing about the tacos, the welcome here is genuine.

"This Elks Lodge knows how to make things happen. Stopped here for a couple of nights. The best tacos ever. Tiffany, the bartender, was swamped but cool as a cucumber 🥒. Mark was, as he put it, "just a volunteer runner" and took care of the whole room with a smile on his face. We are so happy we stopped here and will again. Thank you Mark and Tiffany for a great evening."

"We recently came through Parker from Montana and found the lodge filled with warm greetings. Gteat group of people. Used their rv parking for two days, level, paved, water and 30 Amp hook ups. Quiet location, one of the best night sleep I've had since on the road. Thank you too all."
